The City of Bridgeport has aggressively pursued all stimulus funding streams, Mayor Bill Finch’s administration compiled a list of “shovel ready” projects eligible for ARRA dollars. The City of Bridgeport submitted a comprehensive request package to both the state and federal government detailing Bridgeport’s priority projects. Mayor Finch has lobbied both Governor M.
