Chief Administrative Office  The mission of the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer is to coordinate all department management and operational polices and practices for the Mayor.  The Chief Administrative Officer is positioned between the Mayor and department heads and reports directly to the Mayor.  This office has the responsibility and authority of running the daily business activities of the City.
