The CitiStat Department utilizes continuous data collection, timely assessment, and regularly scheduled meetings to enable the City of Bridgeport to gain unprecedented performance-based knowledge about its departments, operations, and services.  This knowledge will enable the City to execute strategies to improve citizen service delivery, and within each department, it will promote increased efficiency and accountability while improving the quality and cost of delivering City services.
