Jodie Paul-Arndt: Deputy CAO, Director of CitiStat
Jodie started working for the CitiStat Department in August 2009. Before joining the CitiStat team she began her employment with the City of Bridgeport in November of 2004 working in the Office of Labor Relations. In that office, she took part in things like union contract negotiations, processing employee grievances, drafting & enforcing City policies, etc. Prior to her employment with the City, she worked for the CT Conference of Municipalities in the labor relations and government finance departments.
Jodie has a B.A. from the University of Connecticut and is close to completing her M.S. from the University of New Haven.
Christopher Anastasi: Assistant Special Project Manager
Christopher Anastasi joined the Bridgeport CitiStat Department in September 2009.
Mr. Anastasi received his Masters of Government Administration (M.G.A. ‘09) from the University of Pennsylvania and his bachelor’s degree (B.A. ‘07) from Fairfield University.
During his masters’ program at UPenn, Chris was a program analyst intern with the City of Philadelphia’s 311/PhillyStat performance management project. As an undergraduate Chris was a municipal intern with the City of Bridgeport, and in his senior year he was appointed to a federal internship with U.S. Senator Joseph I. Lieberman’s Hartford Office.
Yesenia Figueroa: Assistant Special Project Manager
Yesenia (Jesse) Figueroa joined the CitiStat team in March 2008 as an Assistant Special Project Manager. Ms. Figueroa assisted in the initial stages of getting the department up and running and implementing the CitiStat model in Bridgeport. She is currently focused on data collection from all City agencies for reporting purposes, as well as being an administrator and point person for our 311 constituent service request line.
With a strong back round in Business Administration and accounting she is working diligently on bringing the CitiStat vision to fruition.
