To provide clerical staffing and support service for the City Council, all standing and special City Council Committees, City Hall Committee, Airport Commission, Insurance Commission, Financial Advisory Committee and Power Engineer's Examining Board; additionally, to keep and provide all interested parties accurate records and documents relative to the actions of the above-mentioned boards and committees.
The current office hours are M-W-F 9 to 5, Tues. 9 to 12 , Thurs. Closed
