Attention Food Service Establishments

Food and Tobacco service renewal applications were mailed in December 2023 to license/permit holders. Please review your license/permit for your expiration date. 

The Health Department accepts cashier’s check or money order. 

Bridgeport Health Department is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.  

Please return the completed application and the appropriate fee either by mail or in-person to:

A late fee in the amount of $100.00 will be assessed for all applications not submitted on time. 

If you have already submitted your application and payment, please disregard this message.
