Public Safety Communications Center  The Bridgeport Public Safety Communications 911 Center is committed to answering 911 calls and non-emergency calls with professionalism, integrity and compassion while efficiently dispatching police, fire and emergency medical services.  Customer service is essential to our success, so we treat each caller with empathy and respect.  We are the “first responders” and we provide the vital link between public safety and the citizens in need of assistance.  Our goal is to provide the highest degree of professionalism while providing our service to the citizens and the public safety personnel.  This will be accomplished with training, quality improvement and continued dispatch education.
