All dogs must be licensed at the age of six (6) months. In order to obtain a dog license, your dog MUST be vaccinated against rabies and a certificate provided by the veterinarian. If your dog is neutered or spayed, you MUST provide a “certificate of neutering or spaying”. The cost for licensing your dog is as follows: Spayed/neutered $ 8.00 Unspayed/unneutered $ 19.00 Lost Tag .50 Transfer (within Connecticut) 1.00 ALL DOGS MUST BE LICENSED AT THE AGE OF SIX (6) MONTHS. LICENSIES ARE RENEWABLE IN THE MONTH OF JUNE. AFTER JUNE 30TH, THERE IS A PENALTY FEE OF $1.00 PER MONTH FOR EACH MONTH AFTER JUNE 30TH.
