The City’s Vital Statistics Office has moved to its new offices in City Hall Annex, first floor.

At Vital Records, our mission is to receive and accurately process all occurrences of births, deaths, and marriages in the City of Bridgeport. We issue certified copies of marriage applications, birth certificates, burial permits, cremation permits, and disinterment permits.
