Barnum Festival  The Barnum Festival was created to celebrate the life and times of P.T. Barnum and to commemorate the history of Bridgeport. The Festival focuses on many of Barnum's imaginative concepts such as the Jenny Lind Concert, Champions on Parade, a Children's Wing Ding Parade and the Great Barnum Street Parade.  It includes a spectacular fireworks display at Seaside Park 203-367-8495.
