The Food Policy Council currently has four Sub-Groups focused on improving food access in the City of Bridgeport. These groups are:
Urban Agriculture- Chaired by Cristina Sandolo, Executive Director of Green Village Initiative
Food-Based Economic Development- Chaired by Landon Horan, Program Manager of the FEED Center, The Council of Churches of Greater Bridgeport
School Wellness Policy- Chaired by Raquel Rivera-Pablo, Owner / Chef Instructor, A Pinch of Salt, LLC, and Co-Chaired by Gina Smith, Community Health Improvement Coordinator, Yale New Haven Health System
Community Outreach- Chaired by Taylor Edelmann, Community Health Worker, Optimus Health Care
