A group of community members and experts in the development of public spaces, funding, community engagement, and other areas, are partnering with the city to help guide implementation of the Waterfront Master Plan.
This group, the Waterfront Advisory Board, meets at 6:30pm every 3rd Thursday of the month at the B:Hive, 285 Fairfield Ave in Downtown.
Advisory Board members also meet monthly in smaller groups to tackle issues and brainstorm ideas relating to a few key concepts: marketing the Waterfront, events for the Waterfront, programming the Waterfront and funding for the Waterfront.
These groups are open to all in the public to participate. If you are interested in a topic, interested in helping to regain access to, and use of, the waterfront and are willing to put in some work, the Board would love your participation.
