BConnected allows citizens and city employees to automatically and immediately contact a responsible department with a service request or to report an issue (i.e. - request a recycling bin, report a pothole, confirm tax payment). Citizens may elect to receive automatic emails with a status update of their service request. If you wish to submit a service request via the City website please fill in the information below.
BConnected also offers the following functionality, including:
- Our BConnected Citizen Portal - This is your one-stop, citizen services sitemap.
- Our City Knowledge Database - This database provides general information about city and non-city services without requiring a citizen to submit a service request.
- Our Suggestion Box - Please be aware that this link is only for making suggestions to the City and not for requesting help
or assistance. You will not receive a response to your suggestion but
the information that you provide will be reviewed and forwarded by the
appropriate person or department for their consideration.
Since the adoption of the program on 9/29/09 by the City of Bridgeport the BConnected system has been used to address thousands of citizen service requests.
