Mr. Rosario joined the Mayor’s staff in December 2007 as member of the Constituent Services Department. Mr. Rosario previously held the title of Legislative Services Coordinator, performing the daily operations of the Bridgeport City Council's Office of Legislative Services.

As a new member to the Mayor's staff, Mr. Rosario acts as a point of contact for constituent inquiries and complaints and helps Bridgeport residents with any local government issues they might encounter.
