Purpose

Youths will be provided the opportunity to learn marketable skills and be better prepared for the future endeavors as adults. They will also learn to interact with business professionals and receive mentorship from employers. This will be a valuable learning and working experience that will stay with them forever. As youth go through high school and on to college they will be better prepared to deal with life situations and draw from their own personal experiences.
