How and when can you enroll in Voluntary Benefits?

All Voluntary Benefit plans are open to enroll in year-round.  All permanent, fixed term, provisional, or part-time (non-seasonal) employees may enroll in any offered Voluntary Benefit by contacting the representative directly to make an in-person, virtual or phone appointment or attend a monthly or quarterly onsite event.

How much does it cost?

Voluntary Benefit rates vary depending on the plan elections.

  • Coverage Details (policies, additions/deletions, cancellations, etc.) should be directed to the company or representative of the company. 
  • Coverage Cancellations must be processed by completing this required form and be submitted to HR@Bridgeportct.gov
