MIRA collaborates with community stakeholders for career development and job placement for individuals who are looking for employment. The following are some of the collaborators who assist us in this effort:

  • Career Resources - Digital literacy courses, GED preparation, youth career advancement, free employment support sessions and more

  • Heart 4 Hearts, Inc. - Six-week empowerment session to assist ex-offenders in finding and keeping a job, digital literacy and life management
  • LifeBridge Community Services - Current job opportunities
  • Recovery Support Specialist Certification Course - 80-hour recovery support specialist training and certification program for people who experience mental health challenges
  • Public Allies Connecticut - Social justice organization providing opportunities for employment through AmeriCorps, Livable Communities Corps, and Pathways
