PY51 Citizen's Union & Special Committee on CDBG Neighborly Software training is being held to train all individuals who were selected by City Council members as well as the City Council President to review the PY51 CDBG Entitlement Funding applications on the Neighborly Software program. This will allow the selected individuals to learn how to access Neighborly to review the applications before the public hearings and deliberations.
