The Family Health and Wellness Clinic offers seasonal flu vaccines to Bridgeport residents each fall and winter.
Flu Vaccines for Homebound Residents
- Flu vaccines are available for residents who are homebound and unable to come to the Health Department.
- To schedule a homebound vaccination appointment, please call 203-576-7468.
- A photo ID and insurance card, if applicable, will be requested.
Flu Vaccines at the Health Department
- Flu vaccines are available for residents 6 months of age and older.
- Vaccines are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM.
- Residents should call 203-576-7468 to schedule an appointment.
- Please bring a photo ID and insurance card, if applicable.
- Location: Bridgeport Health Department, 999 Broad Street, Bridgeport, CT.
Travel Vaccines
Please note that our clinic does not provide travel vaccines. However, we want to make sure residents have easy access to trusted resources where these services are available. Please see below a list of clinics that residents can contact for travel vaccinations.
DO TAKE NOTE: Appointments should be scheduled four to six weeks before the date of departure to ensure maximum effectiveness of medications given.
