The City’s 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan is designed to help assess affordable housing and community development needs and market condition. The consolidated planning development process serves as the framework for a community-wide dialogue to identify housing and community development priorities that align and focus funding for our community using U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant programs.
