Bridgeport, CT – Today, Mayor Ganim announced that Jillian Baldwin will remain as the Chief Executive Officer to Park City Communities, otherwise known as the Bridgeport Housing Authority. Baldwin was formerly amongst a handful of individuals who were chosen as finalists to head Chicago’s housing authority, which is the third largest housing authority in the nation. Bridgeport leadership has expressed gratitude toward Baldwin’s decision to remain in the City she’s currently serving.

“I want to thank Jillian for choosing Bridgeport and showing how much Bridgeport residents mean to her,” stated Mayor Ganim. “Park City Communities has gained such momentum underneath Jillian’s leadership. She and her team continue to provide quality housing and a safe, stable place for individuals, seniors, and families to call home. Thousands of residents have and will continue to benefit from the initiatives and progress that has been happening throughout Park City Communities. We are grateful for her dedication to our City and know that assisting Bridgeport residents remains a top priority now and through 2026.”

While overseeing Park City Communities, Baldwin has helped to bring stability to the housing authority while helping to pull the agency out of its previous “troubled” status. Baldwin has renovated and constructed new housing projects for residents and is slated to continue constructing new housing developments to modernize affordable housing for Bridgeport residents.
