Requesters may request a copy of, or the opportunity to inspect, a Fire Incident Report in person, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM at Bridgeport Fire Department Headquarters, 30 Congress Street, 3rd Floor, Bridgeport, CT  06604.

Records from the Bridgeport Fire Department, Fire Marshal's Office, and other Bridgeport departments can also be requested through the City of Bridgeport FOI portal.  You can access the portal by going to the City of Bridgeport website www.bridgeportct.gov

• If you are requesting a copy of a Fire Department report, you must submit your request in writing to bridgeport.fire@bridgeportct.gov or through the City's FOI Portal
• If you are requesting an opportunity to inspect a Fire Department report, there is no requirement for a written request.
• Fire Incident Reports will not be made available until fully complete.
• The fee for copies of any records will be calculated in accordance with Sec. 1-212 of the Freedom of Information Act.  Generally, copies of paper records are $0.50 per page.
