Revaluation Information
The City of Bridgeport's state-mandated revaluation is completed for 2025. A Revaluation is the process of data collection by mail and/or home inspections and market analysis necessary to equalize the values of all properties within the City of Bridgeport for purpose of a fair and equitable distribution of the tax burden.
The City of Bridgeport contracted with Municipal Valuation Services LLC of Fairfield, CT, to assist with the 2025 state-mandated revaluation project. The Assessor's Office and Municipal Valuation Services appreciate the cooperation of Bridgeport residents throughout this process.
