Elderly/Totally Disabled Tax Relief Forms

The City Council of Bridgeport is considering an expansion of the Senior Tax Relief Program, recommended by the Mayor, to make seniors and disabled homeowners eligible to apply now with up to $75,000 household income.  This proposed expansion will also increase the dollar amount of tax credit provided to every current and eligible applicant.  Please fill out and return the application to the Tax Assessor's office.

In accordance with ยง12-71c(b), the proof for any assessment adjustment of Regular and Supplemental motor vehicle bills must be presented within 27 months of the assessment date.  Failure to submit documentation by time prescribed, constitutes a waiver for a pro-rated assessment.
