The Fair Rent Commission meets the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6 p.m. Meetings are conducted on Microsoft Teams until further notice. Meeting schedules may change due to holidays or other schedule conflicts.

About the Commission
The Fair Rent Commission is a municipal board with the primary power to restrict rental charges in residential housing that are “so excessive as to be harsh and unconscionable.” The commission will hold hearings and make decisions in response to tenant complaints in the same way as other municipal boards.
