Procedures for Record Search Request     

Until further notice the following procedures are in place: 

Property Searches are done on Wednesdays Only. No research is conducted over the phone or in person.

Please submit your Freedom of Information Request using the FOI Portal

All searches are done in the order they are received.

Please allow a minimum of 7-10 business days for search time after the department has received the request from the City Attorney's Office.
