A Sign License is required for the erections, alteration, repair, relocation and replacement of an outdoor sign, free standing or attached to a structure.
Exceptions: Traffic, highway and street signs or markers and maintained pursuant to law.
WHO CAN APPLY:
Any company or individual doing work within the City of Bridgeport
SIGN LICENSE APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Visit the Park City Portal and create an account to apply for a Bridgeport Sign License. All documents must be submitted on PDF format.
PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Submit an Insurance Certificate with the City of Bridgeport listed as certificate holder. Your Certificate must include liability, automobile and Workman’s Compensation. (For sole proprietors, upload an affidavit signed and notarized).
