A proud resident of the city for more than 16 years, Loretta Dubac has built her life in Bridgeport with her husband and their three children, grounding her public service in the same community she calls home. Dubac is a Justice of the Peace for the State of Connecticut, a certified phlebotomist, and a certified behavioral health specialist, giving her a unique understanding of both health care and human services — two areas deeply connected to the well-being of Bridgeport residents. She focuses on issues that matter most to her neighbors: safe and stable housing, responsible development, green-space preservation, infrastructure, public safety, and the everyday quality-of-life concerns that impact families across Bridgeport. Now serving on the City Council, Dubac is committed to being an accessible, responsive, and community-driven voice for District 134 and the entire city.
