City Council leadership works across the ten City Council Districts to guide the City Council towards making decisions that are in the best interests of a diverse multicultural community.  Together with fellow Council Members they work to bring jobs and increase economic development in our great City.  Likewise, their hard work helps to make our neighborhoods stronger by ensuring the community is safe and healthy, city services are improved and strengthened, and the opportunity for a quality education is provided to every child across the City of Bridgeport.
